About Us
Cub Scout Pack 472 is a dynamic community of young scouts in Rockville, MD, committed to fostering personal growth, leadership skills, and teamwork among its members. Our pack provides a fun and supportive environment for boys and girls ages 5 to 10 where they can learn and explore through exciting activities and adventures.
We strongly believe in the values of the Cub Scouts program, including duty to God and country, respect for others, and doing one's best. With a dedicated team of leaders and enthusiastic parental involvement, our pack aims to instill valuable life skills and create lasting memories for our scouts.

March 20th: 6:00 pm: Pack/Den meeting. Activity: Model rocket building
Location: St. Mary's Church Gymnasium (600 Veirs Mill Rd, Rockville, MD 20852)
April 5th: 12:45 pm: Visiting NASA. Activity: Model rocket launch
Location: NASA Goddard Space Flight Center Visitor Center (9432 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, MD 20771)
April 24th: 6:00 pm: Pack/Den meeting. Activity: Geocaching (weather permitting)
Location: Rockville Civic Center Park Playground (852 Avery Rd, Rockville, MD 20851)
(Backup location for weather: St. Mary’s School Gymnasium)
April 26th: 10:00 am: Pack hike. Activity: Boy Scout History Hike: The history hike is approximately 2 miles and takes us to historical boy scout locations in DC.
Location: We will meet at St. Mary’s Church parking lot at 10:00 am. Together we will walk to the Rockville Metro station and take the Metro to Farragut North. The hike ends at Metro Center Metro station.
May 15th: 6:00 pm: Pack/Den meeting. Activity: TBD

May 17th - May 18th: Pack camping. Activity:Spring Family Camping Weekend at Camp Snyder
